My YouTube channel will track my video podcast. Episodes will vary in length and will come out twice weekly. Each episode will feature at least one guest, and the show will be broadcast live on YouTube and Facebook before being posted to YouTube. The topics will be wide-ranging depending upon the guest.

What gives me the right to talk?
Nothing, really, except that I have been a trial lawyer for nearly thirty years. I've seen many things both in and out of the courtroom, and I have spent countless hours talking to the people involved. And I have a ton of theories.
The theories are wacky.
In each episode I will confront my guest with one or more theories (some will be wackier than others) and allow the guest to respond, or I might change it up and ask the guest to offer his or her own theory that we could discuss. We'll learn a lot about the guest while we're at it.
